Hi my name is Anna. I am a 11 year old and just started the sixth grade. I am so excited that you have stopped by my website. I bet your wondering what this site is all about? Well, I just love helping people! Many families struggle to even put food on the table. Nevermind when winter comes and suddenly you get this big oil bill. Kids should be warm! Kids should always have a safe warm home to come home to no matter what. I want to help local families to keep warm in the winter. What better way than to collect pennies. I know a penny is such a small amount, but when put together with many other pennies, well, imagine what can be done! I am so excited to see, with your help, just how much money we can raise.
In 2011 I was able to help two families. This past year I raised over $4000 and helped 7 families. I am very happy to have surpassed my goal to help 3 families. Please don't stop giving! There are so many families that need our help to stay warm in these harsh New England winters. Look for my jars in Stafford Springs businesses.
Thank you to all the friends, family and perfect strangers who have helped so far. Here are a few business & organizations that have helped me raise money.
Festi's Oil Service, Stafford Rotary Club, Baker's Country Furniture, Stafford Savings Bank, West Stafford School PTO, Stafford Thrift Store
Displayed Collection Jars -
Stafford Academy of Dance, Basil's Restaurant, Dave's Pet City, Bolles Motors, Subway of Stafford, Stafford Savings Bank, Worker's Federal Credit Union, Staffordville School, Stafford High School, Stafford Elementary School, Stafford Thrift Store.
If you know of a business who would be willing to help out please let me know. It could be a monetary donation of any size, displaying a collection jar, heating gift certificates, etc. I am thankful for anything.
